We will respond to all verified rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further sixty (60) days, of which we will notify you in writing.
The agen01 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of individuals under the age of 21. All Accounts are subject to mandatory age verification as part of our KYC process.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated Account, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method where reasonably possible.
