You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account with agen01. We conduct identity verification on all accounts to enforce this requirement without exception.
Funds are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All financial transactions are subject to verification, and withdrawals are credited to the account holder's registered bank account only.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Bonus terms — including minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry — are specified per promotion and form part of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with agen01, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: agen01 takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit(s) returned where reasonably possible.
Each eligible person is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. agen01 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Important: agen01 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
agen01 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawal requests are processed and may be subject to enhanced verification at any time at agen01's discretion.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by agen01 will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to Account closure. Any funds held in an unverified Account that cannot be matched to a verified identity may be subject to regulatory forfeiture procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agen01 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by agen01 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following:
agen01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendments were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which agen01 holds its international gaming licence, as updated from time to time.
In the event of any dispute between you and agen01, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. agen01 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a full response within twenty (20) business days.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to independent third-party arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Language of Agreement: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
